b. chosen Nasarawa State College of Health Science and Technology, Keffi as 1″ choice institution
c. scored not less than 150 for ND Community Health and ND Environmental Health
d. Uploaded their “O” result(s) on their jamb profile

Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes
Programmes: Environmental Health Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Health Information Management Technology.
Requirements:
- Five O’Level credits (English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) in two sittings.
- Minimum Lower Credit in relevant ND from an accredited institution.
- One year Industrial Training/Supervised Field Experience is compulsory.
- Pass grade ND holders need two years post-ND work experience.
- Additional programme-specific requirements apply.
National Diploma (ND) Programmes (Through JAMB Only)
JAMB Requirement: Candidates not initially selecting NASCOHST must change institution to NASCOHST as First Choice via JAMB portal.
Requirements:
- Five O’Level credits (English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) in two sittings.
- Meet JAMB minimum score.
- Appropriate UTME subject combination (English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics; Math for Biomedical Engineering Technology).

Requirements: Five credit passes (English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS in two sittings.
ii.O’ Level Requirements: Candidates must have credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics

Furthermore, candidates are advised to frequently monitor their admission status as admissions on CAPS are only valid for 4weeks after the offer of admission. Candidates who fail to accept their admissions on JAMB CAPS within the above stipulated time will forfeit their admission
