This notice is for all prospective students of the University of Benin (UNIBEN). Allschool Team wishes to inform you that UNIBEN’s first batch admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session.

How to Check UNIBEN Admission List.

As of the time of this publication, the University of Benin, (UNIBEN) prospective students can only check their admission status from the JAMB Portal.

Check on the JAMB Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
  2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
  3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
  4. Then click on Admission Status,
  5. You should then click on check admission status or
  6. Click on Access my CAPS.
  7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
  8. Then click on admission status
  9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
  10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
  11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
  12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

Check on UNIBEN Portal

Soon, the list will be made available on the UNIBEN Admission portal. When that happens, the procedure below will likely be used to check admission status:

  • Candidates are to visit UNIBEN undergraduate Admission list portal at https://uniben.waeup.org/applicants/checkstatus
  • Provide your Application Number or Registration Number And one of your names in the required column
  • Click on “Submit” then Confirm your Application Number and click on “proceed” to check your admission status.
