UNIOSUN Change of Programme Form 2023/2024 Is Out 

Osun State University, UNIOSUN Change of Programme Form 2023/2024 Is Out. The form cost N50,000. The closing date is on Friday, 22 December 2023.

This is to inform all students willing to change from their current programme that the Change of Programme Form is now out for sale. Interested candidates are to follow the underlisted guidelines:

• Confirm approval from the releasing department and from the accepting department, availability of space for him/her.
• Obtain a bank draft of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) from any Commercial Bank, in favour of Osun State University and convert it to the University receipt in room 221 (Student Account);
• Obtain a Change of Programme Form upon presentation of the receipt in room 311 (Admissions Office);
• Fill as appropriate by securing a release from and acceptance into appropriate Department; and
• Attach the required documents and submit them to the Admissions Office for further processing.
• Candidates are to note that limited spaces are available, therefore change of course is not automatic

CLOSING DATE: The deadline for the sales and processing of Change of Programme Form is Friday, 22 December. 2023.
