University of Africa Toru-Orua Postgraduate Admission Form 2025/2026 is Out . The Form Cost N20,000.

The Postgraduate School of the University of Africa, Toru-Orua is making its debut admission into various programmes as stated below to train postgraduate students for the civil service, higher institutions, and research. This is to give opportunities to Nigerians and other people across the world to achieve their dreams of a postgraduate experience to be able to contribute more meaningfully into their chosen careers.

The PG School invites interested and qualified persons for admission into our Postgraduate Diplomas (PGD), Master in Business Administration (MBA), Master in Arts (MA), Master in Education (MEd), and Master in Science (MSc), as well as Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes in various specialties.

University of Africa Toru-Orua Postgraduate Courses Offered

The PG School runs both the Full and Part-Time programmes:

1. PGD (Full-Time): Minimum of Two(2) and a Maximum of Four(4) Semesters; Part-Time: Minimum of Four(4) and a Maximum of Six(6) Semesters.
2. MBA/MEd/MSc (Full-Time): Minimum of Three(3) and a Maximum of Eight(8) Semesters; Part-Time: Minimum of Four(4) and a Maximum of Eight(8) Semesters.
3. PhD (Full-Time): Minimum of Six(6) Semesters and a Maximum of Ten(10) Semesters; Part-Time: Minimum of Six(6) and a Maximum of Fourteen(14) Semesters.

1. Department of Theatre and Film Studies: Directing, Playwriting, Theatre-in-Education, Theatre and Cultural Administration, Media Arts Studies, Theatre Technology, Theatre Tourism, Film Studies, Acting, Theatre History, Dramatic Theory and Criticism, Sociology of Drama, Public Relations, Dance and Choreography, Musicology, Theatrical Poetry, African Musicology/Music Performance, Theatre for Development, and Costume and Make-up Design.
2. Department of Educational Management, Educational Administration and Planning, Economics of Education, and Sociology of Education.
3. Department of Chemical Sciences: Nutrition & Toxicology, Environmental Biochemistry, Medical Biochemistry, Brewery Technology, Molecular Biology, and Medicinal Biochemistry, etc.
4. Department of Biological Sciences: Genetics and Biotechnology, Plant Physiology, Ecology, Anatomy, Mycology/Plant Pathology, and Phytomedicine, Entomology/Pest Management, Fisheries and Hydrobiology, Microbial Biotechnology, Medical/Pathogenic Microbiology, Environmental Microbiology, Food/Industrial Microbiology.
5. Department of Mathematics and Computer Sc.: Computer Science/Foundational and Computer Systems, Software Engineering, Database Systems/Data Engineering, Computer Communications and Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Forensics, Human Computer Interactions.
6. Department of Accounting: Accounting and Forensic Audit, Financial Accounting and Sustainability Reporting, Accounting & Taxation, etc.
7. Department of Business Administration: Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management Information System, General Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Agric Business, Project Management, Technology Management, Agric Business, Project Management, International Business, Financial Management/Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, and Organizational Behaviour.
8. Department of Mass Communication: Broadcasting and Film Production, Development Communication, Public Relations and Advertising, Media Studies, and Digital Journalism, etc.
9. Political Science: Legislative Studies & E-Governance, Conflict, Peace and Strategic Studies, International Relations and Diplomacy, Development Studies & Methodology, Public Administration and the Local Governance, Policy Analysis, etc.

Admission Form: N20,000. Please, pay this into the UAT account: Premium Trust Bank; Account No 0040140836. Other fees are: Acceptance N30,000; Tuition Fees: PGD N120,000; MBA/MEd/MSc 130,000; and PhD 150,000. Applications are on sale. You may also obtain a form upon presentation of receipt in the UAT Campus, and its liaison office in Block C, 5th Floor, Left Wing, Transparency Building Plaza along Ox-Bow Lake, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
