This is to inform the general public that the management of the Institution has schedule the date for the 6th – 12th Convocation Ceremonies.
Below is the breakdown of the AKSU 6th – 12th Combined convocation activities.

AKSU Convocation Ceremony Programme of Events.
The general public, members of the University Community, Parents, Guardians, Graduands, Students, Staff, and other Stakeholders are hereby informed that the following important official University events have been scheduled by Akwa Ibom State University for the year 2026:
- 6th, 7th & 8th Combined Convocation Ceremony
Date: Saturday, February 28, 2026
Venue: AKSU Sports Grounds, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin Local Government Area
- 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th Combined Convocation Ceremony
Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026
Venue: College Square, Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin Local Government Area.
AKSU Notice to Graduands on Combined Convocation Ceremonies
This is to inform all Graduands and members of the University Community that the 6th, 7th and 8th Combined Convocation Ceremony scheduled to hold on Saturday, February 28, 2026 will accommodate Graduands of the following academic sessions only:
- 2018/2019 session
- 2019/2020 session
- 2020/2021 session
Also, the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Combined Convocation Ceremony scheduled for April 25, 2026 will accommodate Graduands of the following academic sessions:
- 2021/2022 session
- 2022/2023 session
- 2023/2024 session
- 2024/2025 session
All concerned graduands are advised to take note of this information, and make the necessary payment in order to obtain the Convocation Gown and other materials for the ceremony.
