We are pleased to inform the public that the authority of the Federal Polytechnic, Offa has released the approved academic calendar for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic session.

Federal Poly Offa Academic Calendar
January 2025
- Sunday, 5th January: Hostels open for students.
- Monday, 6th January: Resumption for fresh intake and returning students begins.
- Monday, 6th January: Registration starts for both new and returning students.
- Monday, 13th January: Academic Board Meeting for result consideration takes place.
- Monday, 20th January: Students on SIWES resume, and lectures for all students commence.
- Friday, 31st January: Registration ends after four weeks.
February 2025
- Monday, 3rd to Friday, 7th February: Late registration period.
- Friday, 7th to Friday, 21st February: Mid-semester break coincides with NIPOGA activities.
- Monday, 24th February: Resumption from the mid-semester break.
March 2025
- Monday, 17th and Tuesday, 18th March: Orientation for fresh students.
- Wednesday, 19th March: Matriculation ceremony.
April 2025
- Friday, 25th April: Lectures for the first semester conclude after 14 weeks.
- Monday, 28th April to Friday, 16th May: Examination period spans three weeks.
May 2025
- Monday, 19th May: Second semester begins.
