Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, New Directive on School Fees and Registration.


The Federal Polytechnic, Ukana has issued an official notice approving new guidelines on school fees payment, late registration, and completion of student registration for the ongoing academic session.
The announcement, conveyed by the Acting Director of Academic Planning, follows the decision of the institution’s 31st Academic Board Meeting.

Key Highlights of the Directive
✅ School Fees Deadline: One Month After Resumption
All students are required to pay their approved school fees within one month from the date of resumption. Departments have been instructed to educate students and ensure strict compliance.
✅ Late Registration Fee: ₦10,000
Students who fail to pay their fees and complete registration within the one-month grace period will be charged a late registration fee of ₦10,000.
✅ No Access Without Registration
Academic staff are mandated to confirm students’ registration status before granting access to lectures, tests, or practicals.
✅ Mandatory Completion with All Units
Students must complete registration with all relevant units, including:
- Departments
- Registry
- Bursary
- ICT/MIS
- Library
Only fully registered students will be allowed to participate in teaching and learning activities.
