PROCEDURE/REQUIREMENTS FOR COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE

ALUMNI FEE N4,000
DIRECTORATE OF UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT N4,000

  • All payments for certificate collection are done at the ABU Microfinance Bank only.
  • Presentation of payment tellers and collection of receipts at the University Cash Office (Room 014C) Senate Building and Alumni Office respectively.
  • Obtaining clearance form from Room 115, Academic Affairs Office and proceed to 3rd Floor, Room 305A, Senate Building for validation of clearance.
  • Presentation of signed clearance Form, Payment Receipt to the designated officers in Academic Affairs Office.
  • Make sure you are with your original student I.D. card.
