- Tuesday, 9th March, 2025 – New students Come into Camp
- Sunday, 11th March, 2025 – Orientation of new students
- Monday, 16th March, 2025 – Old students come into campus
- Monday, 17th March, 2025 – Registration of courses for all students/Lectures begin
- Friday, 28th March, 2025 – Matriculation of new students
- Tuesday, 15th April, 2025 – Course registration for all students end
- Monday, 28th April, 2025 – Late Course registration begins
- Friday, 2nd May, 2025 – Continuous Assessment for all students
- Saturday, 7th June, 2025 – First Semester Lectures end
- Friday, 13th June, 2025 – First Semester Examinations begin with GST and ENT courses
- Friday, 12th July, 2025 – First Semester Examination ends

Students come into halls of residence - Wednesday, 3rd September, 2025
Second Semester Lecture Commences - Monday, 6th October, 2025
Continuous Assessment for all Students - Friday, 31st October, 2025
Second Semester Lectures ends - Monday, 3rd November, 2025
Second Semester Examinations begin with GST and ENT courses - Monday, 1st December, 2025
Second Semester Examinations ends - Monday, 29th December, 2025
Faculty Board Examiners meet to consider results - Wednesday, 7th–Friday, 9th January, 2026
Business Committee of Senate meet to consider results - Monday, 5th January, 2026
Meeting of Senate to consider results/end of academic session
