The management of the Babcock University wants to inform students of the University that as they prepare to commence a new academic session, the following are important things to take note of
Congratulations on becoming a part of the esteemed Babcock University community. We are delighted to notify all successful candidates who have been granted admission to Babcock University by JAMB, accepted their admission on JAMB CAPS, and obtained their admission letters, that the commencement of the upcoming academic session is scheduled as follows:

Important Arrival Instructions for Students (MAIN CAMPUS)
i. On arrival at the main campus University Gate, students are to proceed directly to their respective chosen halls of residence for room allocation.
ii. Afterwards, students are to proceed to their allocated room for bed space allocation.
iii. After the allocation of bed space, students are to advance to the University Stadium for verification of credentials (JAMB admission letter, evidence of payment of school fees, etc.), and capturing of biometrics for the issuance of smart ID card.
iv. Students are to proceed to the University Amphitheatre for medical, psychosocial tests, spiritual care, and biometric capturing for Worship Centre allocation.
v. Finally, students are required to move to the University Amphitheatre for General Orientation.
LAW STUDENTS, ENGINEERING STUDENTS, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES STUDENTS ARE TO RESUME AT THE SCHOOL OF LAW & SECURITY STUDIES,
IPERU CAMPUS
Important Arrival Instructions for Students (IPERU CAMPUS)
i. On arrival at the School of Law & Security Studies Gate (Iperu Campus), students are to proceed to Canopy 1 on the open field for further instructions.
ii. Students are to move to their allocated room for their bed space.
iii. Students will then advance to the indoor sports facility for verification of credentials (JAMB admission letter, evidence of payment of school fees, etc.), capturing of biometrics for smart ID card.
iv. Students are to proceed to Christ Our Foundation Chapel for medical, psychosocial tests, spiritual care, and biometric capturing for Worship Centre allocation.
v. Finally, students are to go for General Orientation at Iperu Campus.
NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS:
1. Every student is required to provide the following information in his/her form to be admitted into the halls of residence:
- Ø Surname, to be separated from the other names;
- Ø programme or course of study;
- Ø School;
- Ø Student’s phone number;
- Ø Parent’s phone number;
- Ø and hall of choice.
2. Students are to present their evidence of fees payment (Student Receipt) for the semester at their respective halls of residence before room allocation.
3. Only students with proof of payment of school fees will be allowed on campus.
4. The schedule of school fees is on the University website at: www.babcock.edu.ng
5. ALL STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE PRINTED THEIR JAMB ADMISSION LETTERS BEFORE ARRIVAL
The non-refundable Acceptance fee for all courses Except LAW, MEDICINE and NURSING is Two Hundred Thousand Naira only (N200, 000). For MEDICINE, the non-refundable Acceptance fee for all courses Except LAW, MEDICINE and NURSING is Two Hundred Thousand Naira only (N200, 000.00). For MEDICINE programme, the acceptance fee is Five Hundred Thousand Naira only (N500, 000.00) while the acceptance fee for LAW and NURSING courses is Three Hundred Thousand Naira only (N300, 000.00) respectively. Note that the acceptance fee is non-refundable and is deemed to be part of the school fees.

- § From Congratulatory Message Window:
- § Click on the Next Button down the page
- § This takes you to a new window
- § From the new window, click on “drag and drop
- From acceptance fee window, click on make payment button to take you to the payment portal. This process will enable you to pay your acceptance fee
- § After payment of acceptance fee, click on download receipt to download and print your payment receipt
- § Then from the top left menu, click on make additional payment, to pay the balance of your school fees or make additional payment towards the completion of your fee for the semester.
- § After making additional payment, then proceed, by clicking on the acceptance form menu at the top left corner of the window to continue with the completion of your acceptance form.
FINAL ADMISSION PROCESS STILL ONGOING
The final 2025/2026 admission process is ongoing for the last batch of applicants to the University. All the qualified applicants will be recommended to JAMB for admission. They are expected to resume for the academic session immediately they receive and accept their JAMB admission letter on JAMB CAPS.
WHAT STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING
- Bed sheet sets with bed spreads, pillow case. and mattress cloth cover with zipper. Corporate dressings (both African and English), Shirts, trousers for men. All female clothing must be at least 3 inches below the knees, laptop, Bucket, laundry bag, towels, wash cloths, pressing iron, alarm clock, soap and toiletries. flash lights and Study lamp, electric kettles, and rechargeable lamp.
WHAT NOT TO BRING AND NOT ALLOWED
- Jeans dresses, short mini-skirts, female trousers, pencil trousers, low neckline clothes, spaghetti straps, tight cloths, jewellery and colored make-up kits, any clothe that reveals the upper extremities, mid-riff or other suggestive areas of the body, cooking utensils or food that need to be cooked (Indomie), personal furniture, weapons, candles, boiling ring or any other dangerous appliances, knives, metal forks, bottles, bleach or any kind of chemical, bushy hair and be ards.
