Bauchi State Schools Primary & Secondary Tuition Sees

Last week a meeting of stakeholders was held in the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Education to review the school fees for 2020/2021 academic year for public primary. basic and senior secondary schools across the state.

We agreed to keep the rates of last year.

The following rates for various schools will apply:

Primary schools:

  • Fees — Free
  • PTA —N50/child/term

Junior Secondary (Basic)

  • Fees —- Free
  • PTA — 200/child/term

Senior Secondary School

  • Fees — N700/child/year (PTA Inclusive)

All payments must be receipted and domiciled in official accounts of schools.

Schools are encouraged to source additional funding from non-government sources while efforts are made within the government to ensure that provision at schools with instructional materials are restored.
