Clifford University (CLU) post UTME screening exercise application form for the 2025/2026 academic session is now on sale. Application is hereby invited into various degree programmes of Clifford University Owerrinta, Abia State for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
Candidates Eligible to Apply for Clifford University Post UTME Form
To be eligible for admission into any of our programmes, a candidate must have five credit passes in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (GCE, SSCE) Examination or equivalents in not more than two sittings.
Transfer / Direct Entry Admissions
- Candidates with A’level and University diploma certificates may be admitted into 200 Level for the relevant undergraduate programmes.
1. Students in this category are expected to have obtained minimum pass grades in at least two relevant subjects at the Higher School Certificate (HSC), JUPEB, General Certificate of Education (GCE A ’Level) or equivalents.
2. Other relevant Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates from institutions recognized by Clifford University Senate in line with the applicable laws in Nigeria may be considered for admission.
3. Complete transcript or Statement of result must be submitted by all direct entry students before they are admitted.
4. The Senate of Clifford University reserves the right to determine admission cumulative points/cut-off mark for direct entry applicants.
5. All Candidates that scale through 1-4 above will equally be required to undergo a screening test conducted by Clifford University except those coming from JUPEB.
6. All admitted direct entry students are required to take the Clifford University prescribed General Studies Courses.
7. While commensurate credits may be given for specific courses passed in any recognized diploma or certificate examinations, no direct entry candidate is considered for whole session exemptions by University Academic policy.

How to Apply for Clifford University Post UTME
NB: Any candidate who fails to successfully submit his application online would automatically lose his/her chance of being considered for admission.
Follow the procedure below to apply:
- Visit the University admission portal to apply at: https://clifforduni.edu.ng/oas/panel/
- Click on “Create New Account”
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and other details
- Choose your Username and Password
- Proceed with the completion of the form
- Correctly enter your JAMB Score, Personal details and O’Level results
- Select your first and second choice of course within the institution
- Select the declaration box appropriately
- Submit your application
- Print out your acknowledgement slip
- Await further communication from the University
DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES should ensure that their academic transcript reaches the Registrar, Clifford University, Owerrinta on time.
Any candidate who fails to submit his/her academic transcript would not be considered for admission.
