Ekiti State University, EKSU notice to graduating students on uploading of recent passport photographs

Management of Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti has observed, with consternation that despite several circulars directing all graduating students to upload their most recent passport photographs on the University portal, most of them are yet to comply. This exercise is necessary for the purpose of printing of certificates.

Accordingly, Management, in its magnanimity has given all graduating students till 12.00 noon of Thursday, 21st March, 2024 to upload their most recent passport photographs on the University portal using the specifications below:

• Colour passport photograph with Jpeg format and white background.
• The size should be 35mm wide and 45mm high (3.5cm x 4.5cm) 20kb.

All graduating students are hereby advised to comply with this directive without any further delay as failure to comply would attract serious sanctions.
