FCE Jama’are Approves Key Appointments to Strengthen Administration

FCE Jama’are Governing Council Approves Interim Leadership Appointments to Bolster Administration.

The Govening Council has approved the appointment of

1. Dr. Abraham Yusuf Gana as the Overseer of the College
2. Hajiya Hadiza Habu Gidado as the Acting Bursar of the College and
3. Abdullahi Bello as the Overseer of the College Library, effect from 17 March, 2026 pending the appointment of a substantive Management.

A statement by the College Registrar/ Secretary to the Council, Mallam Mohammed Rabi’u said Dr. Abraham Yusuf Gana takes over from Professor Aisha Indo Mohammed, who was appointed on the 16 March, 2021 and successfully completed her tenure.

As an experienced educator with strong digital leadership capacity, Dr. Abraham Yusuf Gana is expected to work closely with the Govening Council to strengthen the system and facilitate the ongoing process for selection and appointment for a substantive Provost, Bursar and College Librarian in line with the statutory provisions and guidelines.

The Registrar wished them a positive and success in their new role in the College.
