FCMLST Jos Post UTME Form 2024/2025 is Out

Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos Post UTME Form 2024/2025 is Out. The cut-off mark is 140.

The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos hereby invites applicants with suitable JAMB/UTME score for Post-UTME screening exercise for admissions into the College for the following programmes and other certificate courses:
(1). National Diploma Medical Laboratory Technology
(2). National Diploma Environmental Health Technology
Interested candidates are to be guided by the following information:

Entry Requirements for National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (EHT)
The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:

• Candidates who made Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos their first choice in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME and choose any of the programmes listed above and scored a minimum of 140.
• Interested candidates who did not choose Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos as their first choice but wish to study in the College and scored a minimum of 140 in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME, such candidates must do a change of institution to the College via JAMB website (www.jamb.gov.ng) and choose any of the programmes in our syllabus.
• The candidate must possess GCE/NECO and WAEC with credit in five (5) subjects which must include Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics and Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings. All results should not be more than 5 years prior to enrolment.
• The course duration is 2 Years.

NOTE:
Candidates that have obtained application forms are expected to fill and submit, with all required credentials attached, to the Admission Unit, Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, P.M.B. 2253, Jos, Plateau State.

A non-refundable acceptance fee of N20,000 shall be paid by successful candidates through Treasury Single Account as follows:

• Step I: Go to Remita home page (https://www.remita.net)
• Step 2: Select PAY TSA & States.
• Step 3: Select PAY FGN,
• Step 4: Select ‘who to pay’ and
• Step 5: Select Federal School of Medical LaboratoryB Jos 052102704200.
• Step 6: Select name of service/ purpose e.g. school fees, hostel accommodation or Fed Sch of Med Lab fees.
• Step 7: Input Nil on the GIFMIS code
• Step 8: On description, state what the payment is for,
• Step 9: Input amount, name of payer, payer’s phone number and email
• Step 10: Submit.
• Step 11: Choose a preferred method of payment i.e either through Debit card, Bank branch, etc.
• Step 12: Then pay and generate a receipt of payment with the remita code

Screening/Registration: All applicants are requested to report for screening/registration from 16th December, 2024 to 17th January, 2025 by 10.00am at the College Assembly Complex.
