Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos Re- Commence Sales of Post UTME Form 2024/2025
This is to inform you that the Post-UTME Screening and Documentation Exercise at the Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology will recommence today, January 6, and continue until January 17, 2025. Applicants are therefore advised to be available for the exercise, as no extensions will be granted.
The admission form is currently on sale for any interested candidates, and this application window will close on Monday, January 13. Failure to purchase the form on or before this date will automatically disqualify you from the admission opportunity. You can get the form from the Finance and Accounts department or our website (www.fcmlst.edu.ng)

- National Diploma Environmental Health Technology
- ND 11 Direct entry (Recertification for Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians)
Entry Requirements for National Diploma, Medical Laboratory Technology
GCE/NECO and WAEC with credit in five (5) subjects which must include Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics and Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings. All results should not be more than 5 years prior to enrolment. The course duration is 2 Years Course work and 1 year SIWES/Medical Laboratory Posting.
Entry Requirements for ND 11 Direct entry (Recertification of Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians)
Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) accompanied by Academic Transcript from the training institution. The course duration is 1 year.
Entry Requirements for National Diploma, Environmental Health Technology
GCE/NECO and WAEC with credit in five (5) subjects which must include Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics and Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings. All results should not be more than 5 years prior to enrolment. The course duration is 2 Years Course work and 1 year SIWES/Attachment Programme.

How to Apply for Federal College of Medical Laboratory Admission Form
Application forms are obtained from the Accounts Department of the College upon payment of non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 for ND Medical Laboratory Technology and ND Environmental Health Technology; N50, 000.00 for ND 11 Direct entry (MLT Recertification). Applicants are to obtain the TSA payment procedure from the Accounts Department of the College, situated at JUTH Old Site, Jos.

Duly completed hard copy application forms attached with all credentials should be addressed and sent to: The Admission Unit, Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, P.M.B. 2253, Jos, Plateau State. Submission should not be later than January 17, 2025.
