Ilaro Poly Acceptance Fee Payment Procedure 2022/2023 | ND & HND

Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro (ILAROPOLY) National Diploma (HND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) admission acceptance fee amount and payment procedure for the 2022/2023 academic session.

This is to inform all the candidates offered admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, various full-time National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session, that they are all required to proceed to pay the non-refundable acceptance fee.

LATEST UPDATE: Fed Poly, Ilaro deadline for payment of acceptance and school fees, 2022/2023

The Management has graciously extended the deadline for the payment of Acceptance and School Fees to Friday 9th December, 2022. This was as a result of the pressure received from the parents on the consideration for the economic situation in the country.

Consequently, the portal would be opened between Thursday 24th November, 2022 and Friday 9th December, 2022 to avail final opportunity to the new students to make necessary payments and complete their registration both online and at their respective School Office. All HND I, ND I (FT, PT) students are STRONGLY advised to make necessary payments with a view to processing and collecting their Students’ Identity Cards shortly after the closure of the portal on the newly stipulated day. It is important to warn that only the new students that fully paid the acceptance fees and school fees, duly registered at the School Office, and also process and collect their students’ Identity Cards immediately after the closure of the portal are students of the Polytechnic.

Please note that failure to comply with the deadline for the payment of Acceptance and School fees would be taken as rejection of the provisional admission. Withdrawn admissions would be given to interested candidates on the waiting list.

Federal Poly Ilaro Acceptance Fee for ND Candidates

All candidates offered admission in the 2022/2023 academic session for full time national diploma (ND) programmes are to pay an acceptance fee of THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NAIRA (N33,700.00) ONLY.

All the candidates offered admissions should go to jamb website to do the following;

• ACCEPT THE ADMISSION OFFER.
• PRINT JAMB ADMISSION LETTER.
• PRINT JAMB RESULT.

PLEASE NOTE: NO CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO PAY ACCEPTANCE WITHOUT FULFILLING ALL THE JAMB REQUIREMENTS.

NB:

• Please note that the deadline for the payment of acceptance fees for ND SECOND LIST is FRIDAY 11TH NOVEMBER, 2022.
• Please note that the deadline for the payment of acceptance fees for the ND FULL-TIME FIRST LIST is FRIDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER, 2022.

Federal Poly Ilaro Acceptance Fee for HND Candidates

All candidates offered admission in the 2022/2023 session for full-time Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes are to pay an acceptance fee OF TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NAIRA (N23,700.00) ONLY.

N:B:

• Please note that the deadline for the payment of acceptance fees for the HND FIRST LIST is FRIDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER, 2022.
• Please note that the deadline for the payment of acceptance fees for the HND SECOND LIST is FRIDAY 7TH OCTOBER, 2022.
• Please note that the deadline for the payment of acceptance fees for the HND THIRD LIST is FRIDAY 14TH OCTOBER, 2022.
• Please note that the deadline for the payment of acceptance fees for HND ADDENDUM LIST is FRIDAY 4TH NOVEMBER, 2022

How to Generate Invoice for Federal Polytechnic Ilaro ND Acceptance Fee

• All Admitted Candidates are to visit the Polytechnic website
  www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng and click on the College portal;
• Click on check admission status by using your application No. and RRR no. used to obtain the form or screening results.
• Click on Generate invoice /make payment of Acceptance Fee.
• Print the Invoice generated and proceed to any of the designated bank for Payment.
• After the payment of the acceptance fee, candidates should go back to the Portal and input the RRR number to print the School Admission Letter and Acceptance Fee Receipt.
• Proceed to the College Portal to generate School Fees Invoice and proceed to any of the designated bank for Payment.
• Input the RRR number obtained for the payment of school fees to print the School Fees Receipt.
• Complete the bio-data and fill the Course Registration Forms.
• Matriculation number is assigned after payment of school fee.
• Fill in other credentials and other information e.g Certificate of Local Government, State of Origin, Birth Certificate etc.
• Fill in the appropriate courses for the session.
• Print hard copy of the course registration form filled online and submit Four (4) copies alongside other relevant documents (SSCE, Certificate of Local Government Origin, Birth Certificate for ND students) while the HND students add Certificate of completion of One Year Industrial Attachment and ND Notification of Result.
