Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny, Rivers State General Orientation for First-Year Students 2025 has been postponed.


The Orientation is an essential component of the learning experience and awareness creation for newly admitted students in tertiary institutions.
This is a standard practice worldwide. The event is carefully designed to integrate students into the norms, values and regulations governing students conduct on campus.
The Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny is organising series of activities for the (2024/2025) Academic Session orientation programme for first-year students of National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND).
LATEST UPDATE: POSTPONEMENT OF THE ORIENTATION EXERCISE SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY 14TH FEBRUARY, 2025.
The Management of the Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas Bonny, regret to announce the postponement of the earlier scheduled orientation exercise for her new students.
A new date has been rescheduled for the orientation exercise. It will now take place from Wednesday 26 through to Friday 28 February, 2025, for Departments, Schools and the Polytechnic general orientation for all students.
We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused. The Polytechnic remain committed to serving you in the most appropriate and desirable ways and means.
