Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi Update on Resit of Examinations

The Registry Academic Division of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, has issued a reminder to the Polytechnic community regarding the upcoming re-sit examinations.
In a memo dated 8th January 2026, signed by Safiyo Yila, the Deputy Registrar (Academic Officer), students are informed that the registration portal will close today, Friday, 9th January, 2026. This date remains firm as previously communicated.
The re-sit examinations are scheduled to run from Thursday, 15th January to Wednesday, 21st January, 2026.
A key directive from the memo is that no student will be allowed into the examination hall without a valid Examination Card. All registered students who have not yet collected their cards are urgently advised to visit the ICT/MIS Directorate for collection immediately.
Heads of Department have been tasked with ensuring this information reaches all Class Coordinators and affected students for strict compliance.
This reminder follows the initial communication and approval of the re-sit examination process by the Academic Board on 5th January, 2026.
