FUDMA Final Notice on Closure of 2025/2026 Admission Exercise

Federal University of Dutsinma, FUDMA Urgent need for upload of O’Level results on the JAMB portal and acceptance of change of programme.

Further to the standing directive that all admissions should be concluded by the end of October, 2025 for public Universities, it is observed that many candidates did not either upload their O’level results on the JAMB portal or did not accept change of programs for those who were offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for, despite our memo of 6 October, 2025 to that effect.

  • In view thereof, I am directed to further inform all candidates who have chosen Federal University Dutsin-Ma as their first-choice institution for the 2025/2026 admission session and those who have already been admitted to note the following and act appropriately:
  • To check their portal and verify if they have been admitted.
    II. If they have been admitted, they are to ensure that they upload their O’level results on their JAMB portal at a CBT or JAMB accredited Centre on or before close of work on Monday, 27 October, 2025.
    III. Candidates who were offered admission into programs other than the ones they initially applied for, should accept the changes on their JAMB portal on or before close of work on Monday, 27 October, 2025 in order to enable us process the admission.
    IV. Failure to upload the O’level results or accept the change of program on or before close of work on Monday, 27 October, 2025 amounts to rejection of the offer of the admission as all admission processes in public Universities will come to an end by the end of this month, that is 31 October, 2025.
    V. You are therefore, advised to quickly upload your O’level results and or accept the change of programme on the JAMB portal if given a course different from the one applied initially to avoid loosing the admission.
