This is to notify all candidates who applied for admission into various degree programs at Federal University Gashua Yobe State that the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Batch admission lists 2024/2025 academic session has been released.

LATEST UPDATE: Federal University Gashua Third Batch Admission List is Out – Check and Proceed with Registration

This is to inform you that the third batch admission list has been released.

Following improvements in the 2025 JAMB application process, the admission portal is now accessible, and your admission status is ready. You are required to check your name and confirm your local government and state in the third batch of FUGA’s admission list.

If admitted, kindly accept your admission and proceed with registration immediately.

We sincerely appreciate the efforts of the Registrar’s Office and the Academic Secretary of the university in facilitating this admission process. By God’s grace, we will engage with lecturers to arrange make-up assignments and tests for this category of students.

How to Check FUGASHUA Admission List

The Federal University Gashua Yobe prospective students can check their admission status from the JAMB Portal

Check Admission Status On JAMB Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Then click on Admission Status,
5. You should then click on check admission status or
6. Click on Access my CAPS.
7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
8. Then click on admission status
9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!
