FUGASHUA Senate has approved New Centre, Departments and Undergraduate Programmes‎.

‎The Senate of Federal University Gashua (FUGA), at its 61st Regular Meeting held on 21 May 2026, approved the establishment of a new Centre for Distance Learning and Professional Development (CDLPD), two new academic departments, and twelve undergraduate programmes, subject to approval by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
‎
The development underscores the university’s commitment to expanding access to quality education, strengthening professional and technological training, and equipping students with skills that meet emerging national and global demands.
