Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) Vice Chancellor Abdul Rahman, has Appointed New Director, Heads Of Department


The Vice-Chancellor, Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, has approved the appointment of Professor Khalil I.
Adam of the Biochemistry Department as the Director of the Centre for Research and Creative Thoughts.
The appointment of Adam is for a period of two years with effect from October 3, 2024.
The vice-chancellor has, also, appointed Professor Elijah Ojochonu Okpanachi as the new Head of Department of Philosophy.
His appointment, which would subsist for two years, takes effect from October 7, 2024.
Dr Abubakar Idris Hassan was also appointed as the Head of the Department of Public Administration with his appointment scheduled to last for a year from October 7, 2024.
Similarly, Dr Ogah Musa Ari was appointed by the vice-chancellor as the Head of the Department Political Science.
His appointment is for a period of one year, effective October 3, 2024.
The appointments were announced in a statement issued by the Registrar of FULafia, Malam Nuradeen Abdu.
According to the statement, the appointments were made with a view to repositioning the University for greater efficiency and further propel it to greater developments.
