FUTO Screening/Registration for Freshers’ 2023/2024 [UPDATED]

The Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) Notice on Screening of credentials for 2023/2024 newly admitted students.

This is to notify all candidates admitted in the 2023/2024 admissions exercise that screening and registration exercise will commence on May 6, 2024, at the FUTO ICTC and SOBS Hall (1st floor of the old SEET Head Building) as follows:

• Purchase of green files is at the University bookshop 
• Kindly ensure that you have all the underlisted documents required for registration with their photocopies before you come
• Original JAMB Result Slip printed directly from JAMB’s website/portal 
• Duplicate of JAMB Admission Letter printed directly from JAMB’s website/portal
• FUTO PUTME Screening Result Slip
• O’level statement of Results 
• Confirmation of Admission form printed from FUTO portal 
• FUTO Admission Letter 
• Development Levy Receipt 
• School Fees Receipt 
• Candidate’s profile Slip
• Original validity form with passport 
• Signed Acceptance letter 
• Birth Certificate 
• LGA Identification Letter
• Direct Entry candidates: A’Level certificate, OND/HND/Degree statements of results (for Direct Entry candidates only)

• PURCHASE OF GREEN FILES IS AT THE UNIVERSITY BOOKSHOP.
• KINDLY ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE SPECIFIED DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION WITH THEIR PHOTOCOPIES BEFORE YOU COME.
• STRICT ADHERENCE TO THIS ROSTER IS HIGHLY SOLICITED PLEASE.
