Gombe State Poly Resumption Date for Continuation of 2019/2020 has been Announced.
The management of Gombe State Polytechnic has fixed Tuesday 10th November 2020 as the date for resumption of 2019/2020 academic activities.
This was disclosed in a memo signed by the Polytechnic’s Ag Registrar, Barr. Mohammad.
The memo partly reads:
Reference to a circular dated 30/10/2020 with Ref no: MRE/GMS/EDU/34/VOL. I issued by Ministry of Higher Education, Gombe State, conveying the approval of His Excellency, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya to reopen all state owned tertiary institutions on Tuesday, 10th November 2020.
In compliance with the above, the Ag. Rector has directed that all staff and students of the Polytechnic shall resume back to duty and academic activities on 10th November 2020.
Meanwhile, all COVID-19 preventive guidelines must strictly be observed to ensure safety of staff and students.
