Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic Long Vacation Semester , LVS Registration Commence. 

This is to inform you that, the Academic Board at its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday 1 August, 2023 has approved among others the Long Vacation Semester (LVS) as follows.

  • Commencement of registration from Wednesday 9th to Wednesday 16th August, 2023 
  • Commencement of lectures from Monday 21 August to 29th September, 2023 

The long vacation semester (LVS) is for final year graduating students only,

Central registration fees to be charged per student is N10, 000.00 only. And in addition student will pay N2, 000.00 per course unit depending on the number of courses he/she will registered for the semester.

The payment of registration fees for the long vacation semester is on line.

The department should guide the students on the number of course unit to be registered.

LONG VACATION SEMESTER (LVS)

This is to inform you that, the Academic Board at its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday 1st August, 2023 has approved among others the Long Vacation Semester (LVS) calendar as follows.

  • Commencement of registration > 9th to 16th August, 2023
  • Commencement of lectures > 21 August to 29th Sept. 2023
  • Submission of draft question papers > 1st September, 2023
  • Internal Moderation > 4th September, 2023
  • Semester Examination > 25th to 30th September, 2023
  • Submission of Marked Scripts > 6th October, 2023
  • Board of Studies > 10th October, 2023
  • Academic Board > 12th October, 2023
