IAUE Matriculation Day Guidelines For Fresh Students 2025

All students participating in the Saturday March 29, 2025 Matriculation Ceremony are to note the following guidelines to ensure a hitch free celebration.

  1. Canopy Mounting Restriction: Canopies are not permitted inside the university premises. All celebrations and canopy setups must be arranged outside the university grounds.
  2. Parking Instructions: All students and visitors must park their vehicles outside the university gate, as vehicles are not allowed on campus.
  3. Traffic Closure: The main gate will be closed to traffic at 12:00 AM on Friday, March 28, 2025.
  4. U-Turn Instructions: Vehicles should proceed straight after the university gate and make a U-turn at Modant.
    To ensure a smooth and enjoyable ceremony, please comply with these guidelines.
