KDUMS Post UTME Form 2026/2027 is Out [UPDATED]

David Nweze Umahi University of Medical Sciences, Uburu, KDUMS Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 Session is now on sale. The form cost N10,000. The cut-off mark is 150. The closing date is 30th August, 2026.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Undergraduate Degree Programmes of the University for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences (DUFUHS) Uburu, Ebonyi State, is an Ultra-modern 21st century state of the art international University of Health Sciences located at Uburu in Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. The University has the approval of the National Universities Commission (NUC) to run seventeen (17) degree programmes in various faculties.

Candidates Eligible to Apply for KDUMS Post UTME

• Applicants are required to have sat for the 2026/2027 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
• For all admissions into 100 Level, applicants must possess five (5) credits passed at SSCE in relevant subjects (ie., Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Language and Mathematics), at not more than two (2) sittings and must have scored 150 or above in the 2026/2027 UTME in relevant subjects.
• Candidates awaiting SSCE result or its equivalent are also eligible to apply for admission provided the result (s) will be uploaded on DNUUMS Portal one week prior to the date of screening.
• Candidates who choose KDUMS in JAMB and Candidates who choose other Universities. Candidates who didn’t choose the University are required to apply for change of Institution through JAMB Portal to be eligible for screening and admission into KDUUMS.

STEP 1

• First Method: BUY UNDERGRADUATE FORM ONLINE
  On the website www.dufuhs.edu.ng or www.kdums.edu.ng click on the admission menu, select online application and then Click here to Buy Undergraduate Admission Form Online
• Second Method: ELECTRONIC PIN
  Walk into any Bank Branch nationwide.
  Request to make payment for David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences Undergraduate application form 2026/2027 on REMITA Platform
  Pay the sum of ₦10,000 (Ten thousand naira only) and obtain payment slip containing a unique PIN.
  Login with the generated pin for the Degree/IJBM/Inter-university transfer form application.

STEP 2

• On obtaining the electronic pin candidates should log on to www.dufuhs.edu.ng or www.kdums.edu.ng and select “Online Application Undergraduate” from the Admissions menu tab on the home page.
• The next page will require the candidate to enter his/her phone number and e-pin against the fields provided and click login.
• Follow the on-screen instruction after gaining access to complete the form.

STEP 3

• Print the Form after submission.
