Kwara State Poly HND Admission Form 2024/2025 is Out [UPDATED]

The management of the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin (KWARAPOLY) is now selling admission forms for its Higher National Diploma (HND) full-time and part-time programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The ideal candidate must possess a National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the relevant field and five relevant O/L credit passes at WASC, GCE, NECO and NABTEB at not more than two sittings.

Entry Requirements for Kwara Poly HND Programmes

This is for both Full-time and Part-time programmes:

1. National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the relevant field and five relevant O/L credit passes at WASC, GCE, NECO and NABTEB at not more than two sittings. These credit passes must include English Language and Mathematics.
2. Evidence of one year post – National Diploma (ND) cognate experience (i.e. Industrial Training)
3. Applicants with Pass Grade in the National Diploma (ND) will be required to have at least two years Post-National Diploma industrial experience.
4. Applicants for Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology (Post-Harvest Technology option) are required to have at least a Lower Credit grade at National Diploma (ND) programme in any of the following:
   1. Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology
   2. Agricultural Technology
   3. Food Science and Technology
   4. Agricultural Engineering Technology
5. Applicants for Metallurgical Engineering Technology are expected to be graduates of National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering Technology only.
6. Applicants for Mining Engineering Technology are expected to be graduates of National Diploma in Mineral Resources or Mining Engineering Technology only.
7. Holders of ND Computer Engineering are not admissible into HND Electrical / Electronics Engineering Technology and HND Computer Science Programmes.
8. Candidates will not be admitted into HND programmes different from what he/she had in ND programmes.
9. Holders of ND Mass Communication will not be admitted into HND Public Administration.
10. IT IS MANDATORY FOR HND FULL TIME APPLICANTS TO FILL THE JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBERS USED FOR THEIR ND PROGRAMMES. ONLY APPLICANTS WITH JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.

How to Apply for Kwara Poly HND Admission.

Applications for admission will be done fully online.

To apply online for go to https://www.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng/ and click on PORTAL. Then select your programme and complete the registration.

Note:

• Applicants awaiting Results will not be considered for admission.
• All applications attract a fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) exclusive of bank and other charges.
• All payments for application should be made through ‘College Pay’ using your Debit Card, Master Card, or Prepaid Card.
• It is also MANDATORY for all HND Applicants to forward their Academic Transcripts to the Registrar, Kwara State Polytechnic, before admission can be processed.
• It is MANDATORY for all HND Applicants to upload their ND and O’Level Results.
• All applications close on Wednesday, 31st July, 2024
• Applicants sitting for the 2024 November/December Ordinary Level Examinations are not eligible for admission.
