All candidates who have been offered admission into the National Diploma programme of the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) for the 2019/2020 academic session should get the follow documents for their registration.

Please note: REGISTRATION ENDS: TWO WEEKS AFTER RESUMPTION.

2. LASPOTECH Admission/Acceptance Letter
3. Acceptance Fees, Third Party & School Fees Receipts
4. LASPOTECH Post UTME Application Form
5. JAMB RESULT SLIP
6. CHANGE OF INSTITUTION JAMB SLIP
7. WAEC/ NECO/ NABTEB results
8. Passport Photograph (8 Nos)
9. Course Registration Forms
10. Letter of Undertaking by Student/ Parents
11. Matriculation Oath Parent/Guarantor Indemnity Form
12. Birth Certificate/Birth Affidavits
13. Clearance form signed by Departmental Registration Officer
14. Finger print verification and scanned form signed at the Central clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium Ikorodu Campus)
