College of Nursing Sciences of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, has secured the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) approval to commence National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing Science.


This is to inform the prospective students, parents/guardian and general public that the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has granted the College of Nursing Sciences of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, approval to offer National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Nursing Sciences effective from 2025/2026 academic session.
It is worthy to note that, according to NBTE and Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) rules, admission into any National Diploma or Higher National Diploma requires Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination Registration Number and scores.
The College is therefore notifying the prospective students, parent/guardian and general public that only candidates that registered and sat for UTME are eligible for admission into the College for National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Nursing sciences.
The Prospective students are therefore advised to include College of Nursing Sciences UDUTH Sokoto in their choice of institutions to study ND/HND Nursing while filling their Jamb forms.
