UNIABUJA Sandwich / Part-Time Admission Requirements

Four year Degree Programme Part-fine/Sandwich:

All Candidates for admission into the four (4) year degree programme in the institute of Education must possess a minimum of NCE merit pass from a recognized institution in Nigeria, in addition to a minimum of five (5) credit level passes at the level including Mathematics and English.

Five Year Degree Programme Part-Time/Sandwich:

All Candidates for admission into the five (5) year degree Programe in the institute of Education must possess the following:

• NCE pass and a minimum of five (5) credits level passes or its equivalent.
• Five (5) Credit passes at the SSCE /O level at not more than two (2) sittings which must include Mathematics and English or as required by the respective programmes, or its equivalent.

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must satisfy the entry requirements of the University of Abuja and have passed at credit level at least Five relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.

DURATION AND MODE OF STUDY:

All programmes run for 4 or 5 years depending on entry qualifications. The mode of study is mainly through Contact, etc.

How to Apply for UNIABUJA Sandwich / Part-Time Admission

Prospective candidates are requested to process their admission through JAMB e-platform to register, after which they can be seen on the institution’s CAPS dashboard for admission processing before proceeding to apply with JAMB Registration number online via CDL&CE Portal as follows:

1. Visit: www.cdlce.uniabuja.edu.ng
2. Click on CLICK HERE TO APPLY to read Admission Requirements
3. Indicate the mode of Study FACE-TO-FACE OR ODL
4. Click on APPLY button to commence Application
5. Fill your Biodata as prescribed (Surname, First name, Othername, Email, Phone Number). These steps require you having a valid email address.
6. On the payment preview page, click on Generate RRR
7. Click Make Payment and you will be redirected to remita platform to enter your card details (Master Card or Visa Card)
8. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the portal and application number generated. You will then be logged out.
9. Click on Main Login, enter the generated application number and surname as the password to continue the application process.

F. Application Fee

Application forms shall be purchased at a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (₦20,000) only through REMITA platform.
Note that the fee excludes Bank Charges.

Print and keep your application form and receipt

PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH

You should have with you a digital copy of your passport photograph, not more than 200px by 200px in dimension, and not more than 150kb in size. A plain or white background is recommended. After uploading, you may use the online photo tool to drag your picture to size.

Application payment should be made online via the school portal.
