Following the successful resource verification of new programmes by the National Universities Commission (NUC), the University of Benin is to commence the following programmes from the 2025/2026 academic session:

B.Sc. Peace and Conflict Resolution
B.Sc. Film and Multi Media Studies
B.Sc. Information and Communication Technology
B.Sc. Software Engineering
B.Sc. Information Technology
B.Sc. Public Relations
B.Sc. Cyber Security
B.Sc. Development Studies
B.Sc. Public Health
B. Agric (Agricultural Economics) and
B. Agric (Agric Extension and Rural Development).
