The information below will be updated when the form comes out.

This is to inform the general public especially prospective students of Osun State University (UNIOSUN) that the Change of Course Form for 2019/2020 Session is Out.

The essence of this exercise is to allow transparency and give another opportunity to candidates who may not have been admitted into programmes like Medicine, Nursing, Law and other programmes initially chosen by them.

Registration for the change of Programme is FREE!

Candidates Eligible to Apply for UNIOSUN Change of Course Form.

Only candidates who have Screening result of UNIOSUN and have not been offered admission in the current admission exercise are eligible to apply.

Candidates are advised to be careful in selecting a new programme putting into cognizance their UTME subject combination.

How to Apply for UNIOSUN Change of Course Form.

Candidates are to register on-line by accessing the University website: http://www.uniosun.edu.ng or admissions.uniosun.edu.ng to complete and submit an application. They are expected to print two (2) copies of the application form after submission.

ACCESS TO THE REGISTRATION PORTAL

• Visit the UNIOSUN Post UTME Portal via http://admissions.uniosun.edu.ng
• Login as a Returning Applicant and look for the “Change of Programme” menu from the dashboard.
• This will take you to the online Application Platform. Ensure you read all registration guidelines and instructions carefully before proceeding to register.

CLOSING DATE: Submission of forms closes at 12.00 noon on Monday 2nd December, 2019.
