This is to inform the general public especially students of Osun State University that the school management has released the amended academic calendar for 2024/2025 academic session.

November 2024
- Monday, 11th: Resumption for the 2024/2025 Academic Session and commencement of Harmattan Semester lectures for fresh and returning students. Orientation for fresh students begins.
December 2024
- Monday, 16th – Wednesday, 18th: Matriculation for new students.
- Thursday, 19th: Break for Christmas/New Year holidays begins.
- Monday, 23rd December 2024 – Sunday, 5th January 2025: Christmas/New Year break continues.
January 2025
- Monday, 13th: Resumption from the Christmas/New Year break.
February 2025
- Friday, 21st: End of Harmattan Semester lectures.
- Monday, 24th – Friday, 28th: Lecture Free Week for exam preparation.
March 2025
- Monday, 3rd – Friday, 21st: Harmattan Semester Examinations for all levels.
- Monday, 17th – Friday, 21st: GNS Examinations.
- Monday, 31st March – Friday, 11th April: Semester Break.
April 2025
- Monday, 24th – Friday, 11th April: Marking and grading of scripts.
- Monday, 21st: Resumption for the 2024/2025 Rain Semester and commencement of lectures.
July 2025
- Friday, 18th: End of Rain Semester lectures.
- Monday, 21st – Friday, 25th: Lecture Free Week.
- Monday, 28th July – Friday, 8th August: Rain Semester Examinations for all levels.
August 2025
- Monday, 11th – Friday, 15th: GNS Examinations.
- Monday, 18th – Friday, 15th: Marking and grading of scripts. The 2024/2025 Academic Session concludes.
- Monday, 25th: End of Academic Year and commencement of Annual Leave for academic staff.
September 2025
- Thursday, 25th – Saturday, 27th: 15th Convocation Ceremonies for graduating students.
November 2025
- Friday, 7th: End of Annual Leave for academic staff.
- Monday, 11th: Resumption for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Please sir how do we Freshers get all information about the school and all what we need to do

Sir , are Freshers(1st batch) and non Freshers resuming the same day

Will they send the admission date for fresher’s to the portal and as will we know our school fees and pay for it
when is uniosun releasing the second batch admission list.
i got 61.1 apply for nursing.

Pls sir i was just given admission on the 1st week of april but uniosun gave me BA French so i was told to do change of course to BA french which i did but i don’t have access to pay my acceptance fee on uniosun admission status and my admission status on jamb is still saying not admitted yet, how am i going to meet up with the school lectures? Hope it isn’t to late sir cus
When is uniosun resumption date for freshers
Pls sir,I changed my course yesterday for uniosun and it has not reflected yet..and I’m unable to access the application form when i tried inputing my new programme on the school portal ..although I don’t have the old programme on my portal again
