University of Port-Harcourt, UNIPORT issues important notice on upcoming convocation.


The University of Port Harcourt wishes to inform all students that the Committee of Provost and Deans, at its 422nd Emergency Meeting held on Thursday, 19th June, 2025, has made the following decisions:
There will be a Combined Convocation Ceremony for the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 Academic Sessions.
The Degree Result Verification Committee (DRVC) will begin conference vetting of the results from sixteen (16) departments currently being processed, and an additional five (5) departments yet to be submitted.
Departments whose degree results are already with the DRVC are to pick them up for photocopying and submit to the Academic Office between: Thursday, 19th June, 2025, and Monday, 22nd June, 2025.
We urge all concerned departments, graduating students, and stakeholders to take note and act accordingly.
