YABATECH Notice to All ND Full-Time Applicants 2025/2026 academic session


The Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), through the Office of the Registrar, has issued an important announcement to all applicants for the 2025/2026 academic session. The notice outlines key directives that candidates must follow to ensure smooth admission processing.
1. O’Level Result Upload
Applicants are required to upload their O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal at a JAMB CBT–accredited centre. They must also refresh their CAPS profile to confirm that the results are visible no later than 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2025. Admission processing is scheduled to begin on Monday, November 24, 2025.
2. Change of Course
The window for change of course will open from Monday, December 8 to Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
Interested candidates must apply on both the YABATECH portal and the JAMB portal before the deadline.
Applicants must possess the required O’Level and UTME subject combinations for their new programme of choice.
The management emphasized that no extension will be granted for the change of course period.
3. Acceptance and Printing of Admission Letters
Candidates offered admission are to immediately accept their offer on JAMB CAPS and print their admission letters (both institution and candidate copies).
4. Name Consistency
Applicants must ensure that their names are consistent across all documents before online and physical screening begins.
The Registrar warned that failure to comply with any of the directives may lead to forfeiture of admission.
