Young Nigerian Man Celebrates bagging First Class from a Benin Varsity

A Young Nigerian man simply identified as Doc Khorey has taken his social media handle to celebrate his big win in Université d’Abomey calavi, Cotonou.

Celebrating himself, he wrote this:

Three months ago, I graduated from Université d’abomey calavi.
Today, the results came out. I topped my department after bagging a first class degree.
Yeah, this is a win. And I dedicate it to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
This is me celebrating the win, and it’s not the most important. What’s more important is trying to make you understand that you can be whatever you want to be. Nothing can stop you. You’re your own limit, your own challenge.
I was but a small boy with a dream when I wanted to join the university. I was nothing more.
My admission was nothing short of miracle, because I was short of the requirements. I didn’t have a certain certificate. But who can dare question what Allah has completed? I’d lost hope already and was already looking forward to the following year. But Allah had a different plan. He wanted me to join that year, and I did.
My age was questioned? How could a thirteen year old lad bag a ‘thaanawiyah’ senior school certificate in arabic. I was given some drills and tests to test my capability and potentialities. Allah wanted me to to pass, and I did.
I was a clawless cub amongst fierce lions after I joined. I wielded a big belief, a strong faith that I could be better, that I could be the best.
Three years after, here I am. Celebrating and graduating with a first class degree.
The punchline is; Invest all your faith in God, he knows, he works wonders. Have belief in yourself. No matter how big and scary what you’re up against is, you can overcome it. No matter how unfavourable the circumstance is, you can always win.
Yes, you can be that rose that’ll erupt out of a concrete. With God, yes, you can.
