Akwa Ibom Poly Screening Date for Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma Candidates for 2025/2026 Academic Session has been Announced.

Akwa Ibom Poly Screening Date

This is to inform all Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) Full-Time candidates who have registered for the 2025/2026 admissions Into Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, that the authorities of the Institution have approved Wednesday 17th – Friday 19th September, 2025 for Departmental screening of eligible candidates.

RECOMMENDED: Akwa Ibom Poly Post UTME Form 2024/2025.

Akwa Ibom Poly Screening Schedule.

The screening will commence by 9.00am each day. Candidates are advised to go to their various departments with the original copies of their credentials for the exercise.

Candidates should come with;

  • The acknowledgement slip
  • Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photographs
  • JAMB online result,
  • Original copies of credentials (go with you’re O’level results, birth and LGA certificate). You might need them.

Requirement for Screening;

HND

  • ND Statement of Result
  • Acknowledgement Slip of form purchased.
  • WAEC / NECO statement of results
  • Letter of completion of industrial attachment

ND

  • JAMB Online Print-out
  • WAEC/NECO Statement of Result (s)
  • Acknowledgement Slip of form purchased.

Successful candidates will obtain authority from their departments and proceed to pay their acceptance and school fees in the designated banks immediately.

Some Important Things to Know about Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Post UTME?

  • Only bonafide/eligible candidates will be screened
  • All recommended students for admission will be published online and their names sent to JAMB for admission letters..
  • Parents, guardians and friends are strongly advised to keep away from the venues of the screening.
  • The screening will be held in Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua.!

NOTE: Original copies of credentials will be sighted in the process. Names of successful candidates will be published and candidates will be notified after the screening exercise. Please be guided .
