Bingham University has Secured the National Universities Commission (NUC) Approval To Commence All Programs Presented For Resource Verification.


Bingham University has secured approval for all its 24 new programs (6 undergraduate and 18 post graduate) presented to the National Universities Commission (NUC) for resource verification in November/December 2024.
The new programs are to commence admitting students with effect from the 2024/2025 Academic Session. This expansion raises the total number of undergraduate programs from 40 to 46 and Postgraduate Programs from 40 to 58.
In a letter signed by the Ag Director of Academic Planning in charge of Program Accreditation, Abubakar M. Gire on behalf of the Executive Secretary, National Universities Commission (NUC), and addressed to the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba conveyed the approval of all the program as listed below:
- B.Sc. Journalism and Media Studies
- B.Sc. Film and Multi Media Studies
- B.Sc. Public Relations
- B.Sc. Industrial Physics
- B.Sc. Data Science
- B.Sc. Psychology
- Ph.D. Architecture
- M.Sc. and Ph.D. Computer Science
- PGD. M.Sc. and Ph.D. Mathematics
- PGD. M.Sc. and Ph.D. Physics
- PGD. M.Sc. and Ph.D. Political Science
- PGD. M.Sc. and Ph.D. Sociology
- PGD. M.Sc. Entrepreneurship and Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation
The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba, who was elated to receive the good news on behalf of the University, congratulated the University for a remarkable achievement and charged staff to continue to put in their best for the growth of the institution.
