We wish to inform all candidates who have applied for admission into Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo that the 2025/2026 Admission Screening Exercise has been scheduled as follows;
This is to inform all applicants who have been provisionally admitted to Emmanuel Alayande University of Education that they must take a few critical actions to guarantee a seamless transition into university academic life. Here is a detailed guide to navigate the admissions process:
Physical Screening at the University
- You are to report at the Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo, between Monday, 13th to Friday, 17th October 2025, by 10 a.m. for a Physical Screening Exercise.
Physical Screening Requirements:
- 3 Official Files of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo
- 6 Colored Passport Photographs
- Original copy and 2 photocopies of O-Level Result
- Original copy and 2 photocopies of UTME result
- Testimonial
- Letter of Attestation from a respected civil servant not below level 12 with phone number and functional email address
- Evidence of Local Government of Origin
- Result checking card(s)
- Birth Certificate
- JAMB Change of Institution Printout (which will show you have chosen Emmanuel Alayande University of Education as the first choice)
- Application form
- Application form receipt
- Screening Result
- Acceptance fee receipt
Additional Note for NECO Result Users/Applicants:
- All NECO result users/applicants should note that they are to come with their scratch card (the one used to check their result, NOT a new scratch card).
- Present your documents to the designated University Admission Authorities for verification. The physical screening process is an opportunity for the university to authenticate your records and to address any outstanding issues, if any.
- All candidates are to print 3 copies of the screening form from their respective portals and present the same during the physical screening exercise.
- Ensure that you adhere to the scheduled date to avoid delays in your admission process.
- After the physical screening exercise, candidates can proceed to pay other approved levies (Tuition and other charges) as approved by the University.
Summary of Critical Stages:
- Pay the Acceptance Fee (₦50,000.00).
- Print your Admission Letter.
- Print 3 Copies of Screening Form and undertake the physical screening.
- Pay other approved university fees.
