This is to inform the entire Polytechnic community of Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa that the school management has released the approved academic calendar.

2nd Semester Academic Activities Schedule
- 24 February 2025 – Lectures begin.
- 28 February 2025 – Last day for submission of first semester marked scripts.
- 26 February – 4 April 2025 – Processing and verification of results.
- 3 March – 6 June 2025 – School conferences.
- 7 – 11 April 2025 – First continuous assessment.
- 8 April 2025 – Departmental boards review first semester results.
- 10 April 2025 – School boards consider first semester results.
- 24 April 2025 – Academic board meeting to approve first semester results.
- 26 April – 17 May 2025 – Rector/Registrar Departmental Football Cup.
- May 2025 – Sales of admission forms for the 2025/2026 session.
- 16 May 2025 – Last day for submission of second semester exam questions for external moderation.
- 19 – 23 May 2025 – Second continuous assessment.
- 26 – 30 May 2025 – Revision week.
- 9 – 27 June 2025 – Second semester examinations.
SIWES and Result Processing
- 30 June – 30 October 2025 – Four-month compulsory SIWES programme.
- 1 August 2025 – Last day for submission of second semester marked scripts.
- 4 – 5 August 2025 – Arrival of external examiners.
- 5 August – 12 September 2025 – Processing and verification of second semester results.
- 18 September 2025 – Departmental boards review results.
- 17 September 2025 – School boards review results.
- 25 September 2025 – Academic board meeting to approve results.
Students should take note of these dates and prepare for the semester.
