FUDMA Procedure for Payment and Registration Of Special Re-sit.

Following the approval of the conduct of Special Re-Sit Programme by the Senate of the Federal University Dutsin-Ma at its 141st Regular Meeting held on Thursday, 16th July, 2026, qualified applicants are hereby informed to follow the procedure below for registration:

  • Departmental Clearance
    Applicants should obtain a Departmental Clearance Form duly endorsed and signed by their Head of Department (HOD)
  • Submission to the Academic Office
    Applicants are required to submit the duly completed Departmental Clearance Form to the Academic Affairs Division (at Old ICT, Take-off Campus), where they will collect the Special Re-Sit/Reinstatement Application Form
  • Payment of Central Registration and Re-Sit Examination Fees
    Applicants should pay a non-refundable Central Registration Fee of Fifty Thousand Naira only (N50,000.00) and Ten Thousand Naira only (N10,000.00) per course through the University portal using the following steps:
  • Log in to the Resit Portal https://support.fudutsinma.edu.ng/resit
  • Create Account with your active email
  • Verify your email
  • Login register your Special Re-Sit
  • Generate the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
  • Proceed to make payment
  • Completion of Registration
    After successful payment(s), applicants should:
  • Return to the Academic Affairs Division with evidence of payment
  • Complete the registration process.
  • Submit all required documents (07060624989)

Please Note:
Only candidates approved by the Senate are eligible to participate in the Special Re-Sit Programme.

For the Reinstatement, HODs should clearly specify on the following:

  • Reinstate and re-sit (Expired Residency)
  • Reinstate into regular (Absented due sickness or financial constraints)
  • Reinstate and change Programme (low Academic Performance)

Applicants are advised to complete the registration process within the stipulated registration period. Failure to comply with the above procedure may result in disqualification from the Special Re-Sit Programme.
