The Vice-Chancellor, Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, has approved the appointment of Engr. Torkuma Agber as the Acting Director of Management Information System (MIS).


The appointment is for a period of one year with effect from September 10, 2024.
The vice-chancellor has, also, extended period of the appointment of Dr Ahmed Mohammed Rabiu, the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, to October 10, 2024.
Others appointed included Dr Ayeni Omini Abam as the Acting Head of Department of Statistics, Faculty of Science, for a period of one year with effect from Thursday, September 19, 2024, and Dr Adikaibe Valentine, as the Acting Head of Department of Surgery, Faculty of Clinical Sciences, for a period of one year with effect from September 5, 2024.
The appointments were announced by the Registrar, Malam Nuradeen Abdu.
