Federal Polytechnic Idah (FPI) Notice on Final Registration/Documentation of Students Records


I am directed to inform all NDI and HNDI Students that the Admission Division shall commence final Registration/Documentation of students Records for 2025/2026 Academic session from Monday 19th January, 2026 and to be closed on Friday 6th February, 2026 respectively.
Based on the above, all affected students are expected to report at the New Convocation Square for documentation exercise from 9:00am to 3:00pm daily within the stipulated period as without the final documentation, they are deemed not fully registered as students of the institution.
Let it be emphasized that the final documentation is very important and Students are admonished to take it seriously. Any Student who fails to meet the registration deadline given above will be surcharged sum of ten thousand Naira (10,000) only for late registration.
Heads of Academic Department are expected to bring the content of this memo to the notice of all affected students for compliance, please.

- Original Admission/Application form with PIN
- Photocopy of Admission Letter & Acceptance of Offer of Admission
- Original Undertaking Form
- Certificate or Verified Statement of Result for O’Level
- Original JAMB Result with Passport
- Photocopy of Online JAMB Admission Letter – Institution’s Copy
- Original Course Form
- Photocopy of Screening Teller
- Original Clearance from the HOD
- Original Medical Certificate
- Photocopy of Certificate of State of Origin
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Two copies of School Fees Breakdown & Acknowledgement Slip
- Photocopies of RRR & Acknowledgement Slips for All Payments
- Photocopy of Oath Form
- Two Current Passport Photographs

- Original Admission/Application form with PIN
- Photocopy of Admission Letter & Acceptance of Offer of Admission

- Photocopy of ND result/O’level Certificate
- Original Course Form
- Photocopy of Screening Teller
- Original Clearance from the HOD
- Original Medical Certificate
- Photocopy of Certificate of State of Origin
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Academic Transcripts
- Original IT Letter, duly signed & stamped
- Photocopy of School Fees Breakdown
- RRR & Acknowledgement slips for all payment
- Photocopy of Oath Form
- JAMB Regularization Slip/Photocopy of JAMB Admission Letter (Institution copy)
- Two Current Passport Photographs
Conclusion
All students of Federal Polytechnic, Idah, must ensure that they submit the required documents according to the respective list for ND or HND programmes. Remember to arrange your documents in the specified order and submit the original clearance to your HOD. By following these guidelines, you can ensure a smooth documentation process and avoid any delays.
