IMSU Admission List 2023/2024 is Out [UPDATED]

This is to inform all the prospective students of Imo State University (IMSU) that the IMSU admission list for the 2023/2024 academic.

How to Check Name on IMSU Admission List

As of the time of updating this page, the IMSU admission list can only be accessed through the JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal.

Check Admission Status On JAMB Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Then click on Admission Status,
5. You should then click on check admission status or
6. Click on Access my CAPS.
7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
8. Then click on admission status
9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

Check Admission Status on IMSU Admission Portal

Very soon the list will be uploaded to the imsu admission portal. When that happens, we will update this page.

Last year, the procedure below was used to check imsu admission list on the school portal.

• When the page loads, check your name.
• If you didn’t see your name on the first list, click on 1, 2, 3, etc.

How to Verify IMSU New Student Account

The procedure below is for last session. We are yet to confirm if it will be used this year. Be guided

1. Go to IMSU Website via imsu.edu.ng:
2. Click on portal link;
3. Click on Verify Account.
4. Select new student and enter your jamb registration number;
5. Click on verify to verify your account.
6. Log into the portal with the username and password displayed.
7. That’s all! Your account has been verified! NOW…Proceed to pay IMSU acceptance Fee
