KWASU Disclaimer Notice on Fake Advertisement of Postgraduate Admission.

The public is hereby alerted to a site that is fraudulently advertising the sale of Kwara State University’s KWASU Post Graduate admission form for the 2024/2025 session. The site also states that the sale of forms is from 1st August to 31st August 2024 and asks that interested applicants should contact them through their platform for the application form.
The Management of Kwara State University did not issue this advertisement as the School of Post Graduate Studies has not advertised the commencement of admission into the 2024/2025 PG session.
The public is, by this notice, advised to disregard the advertisement because it was put out to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.
Kwara State University will announce the commencement of admission into the School of Post-Graduate Studies at the management-approved time.
For the avoidance of doubt, all processes for admission into KWASU are done on the University’s portal, and all payments are also through the portal into the University’s account.
Also, the public is to note that KWASU has official channels for the dissemination of sensitive information, which includes the institution’s verified social media handles and website. KWASU would not subject its prospective students to faceless individuals or platforms that can defraud them.
