We are pleased to inform the public especially students of the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) that the management of the institution has released the approved academic calendar for the first and second semesters 2024/2025 academic session.

• Sunday, 10th November 2024 – Fresh students return
• Monday, 11th November 2024 – Registration for fresh students begins
• Sunday, 17th November 2024 – Old students return
• Monday, 18th November 2024 – Lectures commence for both fresh and old students
• Monday, 18th November – Friday, 22nd November 2024 – Late registration and add/drop period, including excess load applications
• Monday, 25th November – Friday, 29th November 2024 – Students’ orientation
• Friday, 24th January 2025 – Matriculation ceremony for fresh students
• Friday, 31st January 2025 – End of lectures
• Monday, 3rd February – Friday, 7th February 2025 – Revision and moderation of exam questions
• Monday, 10th February – Friday, 28th February 2025 – First semester exams
• Friday, 28th February 2025 – End of the first semester
