Notice to Prospective Corps Members with different Name on JAMB and NIN.

Prospective Corps members (PCMs) should ensure that their names as written in the JAMB Admission list corresponds exactly to their names on the NIN. If it is not the same, they should go to the nearest NIMC Office and effect the correction of their names before attempting to register online for the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream I service year.
NAME ON NIN SLIP VS MAIDEN NAME OF MARRIED WOMEN
Female married Prospective Corps members (PCMs) who have a different name on their NIN slip from their JAMB Admission letter (because they have changed to their marital name) can still be registered successfully. Their maiden name in the NIMC database will be checked before registration.
They are therefore advised to go to the nearest NIMC Office and effect the addition of their maiden name to their NIN record with NIMC before attempting to register online for the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream I service year.
