Osun State Polytechnic, OSPOLY Management Releases Schedule for HNDII NYSC Documentation.

This is to notify all HND II Students that their records are being processed for the National Youth Service Corps Mobilization Exercise.

In view of the foregoing, all Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) are hereby requested to submit their JAMB regularization printout (Congratulatory Page), Birth Certificate/Age Declaration, HND admission letter, ND Result and one (1) recent passport photograph at the Directorate of Student Affairs between Wednesday 26th July and Wednesday 9th August, 2024 on faculty basis as indicated below:

• Wednesday 26th-Friday 28th July 2024 – Faculty of Information and Communication Technology
• Monday 31st July-Tuesday 1st August, 2024 & Faculty of Science
• Wednesday 2nd-Thursday 3rd August, 2024 – Faculty of Financial Studies
• Friday 4th-Monday 7th August, 2024 – Faculty of Engineering
• Tuesday 8th- Wednesday 9th August, 2024 – Faculty of Management Studies

Furthermore, it is pertinent to state that the concerned students should report to the Directorate in person because submission of the required documents by proxy will not be entertained.

You are therefore requested to treat with utmost priority in your own interest.
